We run a variety of sessions:

Star - Friday evenings for the competitive divers. Three separate sessions.

Club Novice - Thursday early evening. This is where most of our youngsters start with the club, usually after doing a holiday course and deciding they want to continue. This is run as three sessions, two novice sessions first and then a more advanced session where some of them can start on the first rungs of the competition ladder when they are ready.

Adult - Thursday evening. The mix of this session changes, it is there to give a session for the non-competitive adults of all abilities from novice to experienced. However it also provides an additional session for our competitive divers.
